THE TRAVEL SERIES, 2024

The Travel Series is a collection of abstract paintings created to hold onto the memories that time threatens to blur. Each piece is a personal archive—a way of preserving the moments, people, and emotions I encountered during my travels between 2022 and 2023.

From the timeless streets of Rome and the golden hills of Tuscany, to the rich artistic soul of Florence, the dramatic beauty of the Amalfi Coast, and the vibrant culture of Sicily—each destination left an imprint on me. These works do not aim to replicate what I saw, but rather to distill what I felt.

Through abstract expression, layered textures, and intuitive movement, I translated fleeting experiences into lasting forms. Each canvas captures a fragment of place, time, and connection—a way to hold onto stories that might otherwise be lost.

The Travel Series is my way of remembering, and of inviting others to reflect on the powerful role memory plays in shaping who we are, and how we see the world.
